Customer Reviews
Reliably good service
I've been with Congstar for years, mostly for their Prepaid Allnet Flat M. This last time, I upgraded to the L plan for a bit more data. The process was smooth, just like always. My service has been consistently good, never any unexpected issues. That's why I keep coming back, it just works without fuss.
My new Glasfaser Anschluss!
OMG, I finally got my Glasfaser Anschluss from Congstar and it's amazing! The speed is incredible, everything loads instantly. The installation was scheduled quickly and the technician was super friendly and efficient, he even explained everything clearly. I was a bit worried about switching from my old provider but this was so easy. I'm telling all my friends about it, they need to check out Congstar too. Definitely shopping here again for any future needs!
Fairphone purchase, good value
I bought a Fairphone from Congstar recently. I was looking for a good deal, and they had a decent hardware discount on it. The total cost was competitive, especially with the included data plan. Delivery took about 3 days. I compared it to a few other places and felt like I got good value for my money here. The phone works great, no complaints.
Ordered a Homespot 100
I ordered the Homespot 100 a few weeks ago after comparing a few providers. The ordering process on the website was straightforward enough, I had all the details filled out in about ten minutes. Delivery took 4 business days to reach my address in Munich, which was within their estimated window. Setup was simple, just plugged it in and it worked. I did have a question about the data cap, so I used their online chat support; they responded in about 15 minutes and clarified everything. The internet speed has been consistent, good enough for streaming and work calls. Overall, a solid experience from start to finish.
Good data plan
Got the Allnet Flat mit GB+. Activation was fast. Network coverage is strong. Prices are fair. Happy with the service.
